Hey Tom :) making great progress, I see - good stuff; just in terms of composition, it seems a shame that the bottom of the gametophyte is cropped by the frame as the camera begins its sweep upwards. I think you should try and keep the whole heart-shape nicely in shot throughout this sequence - just keep it all within the frame :)
